Yoga classes

I teach regular classes in Romiley and Marple. They are suitable for everyone regardless of age, ability or experience. They are gentle classes containing soft, flowing movements, together with breathing and deep relaxation to encourage both the mind and body to repair and renew.

All my classes are taught in the Dru yoga style. It is a very therapeutic style of yoga and is an excellent way to improve your own health and wellbeing. The practice of Dru Yoga can help to relieve stress, increase flexibility, release muscle tension and improve energy levels. In addition many of the techniques that you will learn will enable you to feel more confident, patient, balanced, clear minded and composed.

The classes have a friendly, informal feel and I would love to share the joy of practising Dru Yoga with you whatever your health goals might be. You can book a single class or buy a six class pass which is valid at any of the sessions below.

If you would like to know more about how Dru Yoga can benefit you please contact me directly.

How to join a class

If you want to come and try a class or if you have changeable availability you can purchase a single session for £10.00.

If you can make a regular commitment to practicing yoga then a 6 class pass could suit you better. It costs £54 and you have 10 weeks to attend 6 classes. The passes are valid at all of my classes so you can go to other sessions if it suits you. You also get free access to my Dru Yoga On Demand online library so that you can practice at home.

All classes need to be booked in advance via my TeamUp booking system. If you are a new student you will be asked to complete some personal details and health questionnaire. This is important information that I need to know before you join the class so please do be patient with the process. If you are not confident with IT or are simply having on "off" day with technology then please don't struggle. Get in touch and I will manage the booking in process for you.

You will also need to bring all you own equipment with you (a mat and blanket as a minimum and blocks, and/or a cushion if you have them).

Got a question? Just send me a message… I’d love to hear from you!
