Dru yoga for health

I teach regular weekly Dru Yoga classes in Romiley and Marple. They are suitable for everyone regardless of age, ability or experience. They are gentle classes containing soft, flowing movements, together with breathing and deep relaxation to encourage both the mind and body to repair and renew.

The practice of Dru Yoga can help to relieve stress, increase flexibility, release muscle tension and improve energy levels. In addition many of the techniques that you will learn will enable you to feel more confident, patient, balanced, clear minded and composed.

The classes have a friendly, informal feel and I would love to share the joy of practising Dru Yoga with you. I currently have only online classes available. Your six class pass is valid at any of these sessions.

If you would like to know more about how Dru Yoga can benefit you please contact me directly.

What to expect:

  • Hand sanitiser will be available for you as you arrive and depart.
  • You be will required to bring all you own equipment (mats, blankets, blocks, and/or cushions) with you as I am unable to lend out any equipment.
  • There will be a reduced capacity at both venues as there will be ample spacing between each person.
  • In order for me to monitor numbers everyone will have to book onto the class before arriving to ensure that there is space.
  • If you have any of the COVID symptoms, awaiting a PCR test result or self isolating then you should not attend a yoga class.

Although social distancing is no longer required I think it only wise at the moment to restrict the numbers in my classes.

Got a question? Just send me a message… I’d love to hear from you!
