I teach regular weekly Dru Yoga classes in Romiley and Marple. They are suitable for everyone regardless of age, ability or experience. It is a gentle class containing soft, flowing movements, together with breathing and deep relaxation to encourage both the mind and body to repair and renew.

The practice of Dru Yoga can help to relieve stress, increase flexibility, release muscle tension and improve energy levels. In addition many of the techniques that you will learn will enable you to feel more confident, patient, balanced, clear minded and composed.

The classes have a friendly, informal feel and I would love to share the joy of practising Dru Yoga with you.

Please note that classes on the 3rd and 10th April will take place at The Hive in Marple as Marple Library is closed.

There will be a break for Easter on the 17th April 2019.
