Massage therapies

I am pleased to announce that I will now be able to offer Thai yoga massage and Indian head massage once more. In the short term I will be doing this on a mobile basis, coming to your home and working in a COVID safe way. In the long term I will be looking at returning to the lovely therapy room at Hot Lotus yoga studio.

Dru yoga for health

It has been a joy to return to teaching yoga face to face again. While most classes have resumed in person I have kept an online class available for those who prefer it. I am taking a few weeks break over August and classes will resume again in September.

You can keep updated with the session times and dates, both in person and online, by looking at the calendar page on my website here.

Please note that currently social distancing is still requested for in person classes and as such booking is essential. I will review this in September.

 

Essential Oil Evenings

During lockdown I have been learning about essential oils. How to use them and what their therapeutic properties are. It turns out that there is a lot more to essential oils than simply fragrancing a room. I have enjoyed using the oils so much I have become a Doterra Wellness Advocate so that I can share the benefits of using the oils more widely.

With this in mind I am running regular online webinars where you can find out more about how you can use essential oils. I am also offering "Make & take" evenings where you can make your own product using the oils for you to take away and use. I thought that this might be a really nice idea for a garden get together either now meeting COVID restrictions or later in the Summer when restrictions are lifted.
