I now have a regular home for my Thai yoga massage and Indian head massage therapies. Every Friday afternoon I am based at the beautiful therapy rooms at Hot Lotus Wellbeing Hub in Pear Mill, Bredbury. Both of these therapies are deeply nurturing and relaxing and are tailored to your exact needs. Bookings can be made through my website.

Easeful Menopause Workshop - 7th March 2020
Join me for an afternoon of nurture and self-care while learning how yoga can help you to navigate the menopause with more ease and confidence.
Each monthly workshop will focus on a different aspect of the menopause. In this workshop the focus will be on how different yoga practices can calm mood swings and anger.

Sunday Night Yoga Nidra

If you are looking for a holistic approach to menopausal health and wellbeing then I have a programme of events just for you. Next year I am running a series of mini retreats tailored specifically to the needs of women around the time of the menopause. Each month we will focus on a different area and learn how the right therapeutic yoga practice can support such symptoms as exhaustion & fatigue, easing excess heat, and manageing mood swings.
