Sunday night rest & relaxation: 17th January 7.30 pm

I have restarted my monthly yoga nidra class. It will include breathwork and medication as well as deep relaxation to enable you to start the week refreshed and renewed. You can find out more information here.

Self guided yoga & walking route

I am a long time advocate of the benefits of being outside in nature. As the Winter approaches and the lockdown has been reintroduced it is more important the ever to get out and about in the natural world. With this in mind I have written my first self guided yoga and walking route. It is based around Chadkirk and you can download your copy here.

Easeful Menopause Mini Retreat: Saturday 30th January 1.30 pm

My monthly mini retreat for perimenopausal, menopausal and post menopausal women are returning in 2021. These sessions are perfect for women experiencing menopausal symptoms who would like to learn holistic strategies to mange their symptoms and would like to take time out from their daily routine to nurture and support their own wellbeing.
