Winter Wellbeing Workshop: 14th December 2021

With all the bustle and activity of Christmas it is easy to feel run down and depleted as you head into winter. This workshop is designed to you to rest deeply, slow your mind chatter and re-energise your body. You will be guided through movement, breathwork, relaxation and meditation to nurture and nourish you towards radiant health over the festive period and into January.

Menopause Yoga: New course starting January 2022

For those of you approaching menopause, I have a especially designed yoga course just for you. You will learn strategies for manging common symptoms as well as learning how to relax deeply. Click here for more details and bookings.

I am also offering two menopause yoga online taster sessions at 8pm on the 6th and 20th January as well. This would be an excellent way to try yoga and find out how yoga can help support you through perimenopause and menopause.  You can book here


Massage therapies

I am pleased to announce that I will now be able to offer Thai yoga massage and Indian head massage once more. In the short term I will be doing this on a mobile basis, coming to your home and working in a COVID safe way. In the long term I will be looking at returning to the lovely therapy room at Hot Lotus yoga studio.

Coming soon: Dru Yoga On Demand

From January I will be offering an online option for Dru Yoga classes which you can join from the convenience of your own home. For a monthly subscription you will be able to view as many yoga sessions as you like from a library of pre-recorded classes.

Dru yoga for health (in person)

It has been a joy to return to teaching yoga face to face again. You can keep updated with the session times and dates by looking at the calendar page on my website here.

Although social distancing is no longer compulsory, I am still limiting the number of places at all my classes. I feel at this time that it is only sensible to allow as close to 2m as possible between students. Booking is essential.


Essential Oil Evenings

During lockdown I have been learning about essential oils. How to use them and what their therapeutic properties are. It turns out that there is a lot more to essential oils than simply fragrancing a room. I have enjoyed using the oils so much I have become a Doterra Wellness Advocate so that I can share the benefits of using the oils more widely.

Yoga for Radiant Health

Menopuase Yoga

Whether you are approaching menopause, in the midst of menopause, or post menopause these classes will support you on your menopause journey. During the class you will learn techniques and strategies to help manage common menopausal symptoms. You will learn to befriend yourself and relax deeply as reducing stress levels during this time is so important in the management of any symptoms. It also helps you to navigate the complex feelings around menopause so that you can feel calmer and more yourself.
