This class is designed especially to support good back health. It promotes a healthy back with movements to free the spine, strengthen your back and promote greater flexibility. It is a great option if you have back pain or if you prefer a gentler and slower paced class.

Massage therapies
I offer both Thai yoga massage and Indian head massage in Marple. Both are deeply therapeutic and holistic treatments and individualised to meet your particular needs. Whether you need to relieve muscular aches and pains or mental and emotion tension these treatments provide a natural remedy for the stresses of modern day living. A perfect way to relax and restore your body mind and soul.
I am currently using one of the lovely rooms above Lentils & Lather shop in Marple and have appointment slots on Fridays.

Dru yoga for health
I teach regular classes in Romiley and Marple. They are suitable for everyone regardless of age, ability or experience. They are gentle classes containing soft, flowing movements, together with breathing and deep relaxation to encourage both the mind and body to repair and renew. You can find out more here.

Menopause Yoga
Whether you are approaching menopause, in the midst of menopause, or post menopause these classes will support you on your menopause journey. During the class you will learn techniques and strategies to help manage common menopausal symptoms. You will learn to befriend yourself and relax deeply as reducing stress levels during this time is so important in the management of any symptoms. It also helps you to navigate the complex feelings around menopause so that you can feel calmer and more yourself.
