Sunday Night Yoga Nidra - 7.00 pm 12th May, 9th June & 14th July 2019
Being able to replenish yourself with deep and healing rest is really important for your physical and mental health. These monthly sessions give you a chance to let go of muscular tension and quieten the brain chatter with a blend of guided relaxation, yoga nidra (yogic sleep), meditation and mudra (yoga for the hands) practices.

I now have a regular home for my Thai yoga massage and Indian head massage therapies. Every Friday afternoon I am based at the beautiful therapy rooms at Hot Lotus Wellbeing Hub in Pear Mill, Bredbury. Both of these therapies are deeply nurturing and relaxing and are tailored to your exact needs. Bookings can be made through my website.

Yoga in Nature - Sunday 23rd June 2019 at 10.00 am
To celebrate the Summer Solstice I will be leading a guided yoga walk around Etherow Country Park. This two hour session will include gentle yoga, meditation and mindfulness whilst being surrounded by the natural world. A perfect opportunity to slow down, ground and reconnect.
