Over lockdown I have started a Facebook group offering yoga therapy and wellbeing support for women approaching or experiencing the menopause. You can request to join it here.
Dru yoga for health
Two of my weekly Dru yoga for health classes have returned to being in person albeit with fewer capacity and special procedures in place. These are my Tuesday night class at The Signol Community Centre and my Saturday morning class in Marple at St Martins Church Hall.
My Wednesday morning class, usually in Marple Library will remain on line for the present time.
