Corona Virus Update:
All my regular yoga classes have been transferred to being online. I will not be offering any Thai yoga massage for the foreseeable future.
I am though posting a daily Facebook live everyday at 5.00pm covering yogic wellness and wisdom.
Sunday Night Yoga Nidra - Sundays at 7.00 pm
If you are in need of complete relaxation then my yoga nidra classes could be just the thing. They offer a chance to let go of physical and mental tension by blending guided relaxation with breathwork and meditation.
