Massage Therapies

I now have a regular home for my Thai yoga massage and Indian head massage therapies. Every Friday afternoon I am based at the beautiful therapy rooms at Hot Lotus Wellbeing Hub in Pear Mill, Bredbury. Both of these therapies are deeply nurturing and relaxing and are tailored to your exact needs. Bookings can be made through my website.

Sunday Night Yoga Nidra

If you are in need of complete relaxation then my monthly  yoga nidra classes could be just the thing. They offer a chance to let go of physical and mental tension by blending guided relaxation with breathwork and meditation.

The Easeful Living Path

If you are looking for a more personalised and targeted approach to health and wellbeing then the Easeful Living Path could be the answer. It is an eight week guided course empowering you towards radiant health, inner peace and delicious self nurture. It combines weekly group sessions with 1-2-1 sessions to fully support your personal health and wellbeing goals.
