Sunday night rest & relaxation: 16th May 7.30 pm

I have restarted my monthly yoga nidra class. It will include breathwork and medication as well as deep relaxation to enable you to start the week refreshed and renewed. You can find out more information here.

Massage therapies

I am pleased to announce that I will now be able to offer Thai yoga massage and Indian head massage once more. In the short term I will be doing this on a mobile basis, coming to your home and working in a COVID safe way. In the long term I will be looking at returning to the lovely therapy room at Hot Lotus yoga studio.

Dru yoga for health : ALL CLASSES ONLINE CURRENTLY

All of my classes are running online for the moment. This will continue until the 17th May at the earliest.

Essential Oil Evenings

During lockdown I have been learning about essential oils. How to use them and what their therapeutic properties are. It turns out that there is a lot more to essential oils than simply fragrancing a room. I have enjoyed using the oils so much I have become a Doterra Wellness Advocate so that I can share the benefits of using the oils more widely.

With this in mind I am running regular online webinars where you can find out more about how you can use essential oils. I am also offering "Make & take" evenings where you can make your own product using the oils for you to take away and use. I thought that this might be a really nice idea for a garden get together either now meeting COVID restrictions or later in the Summer when restrictions are lifted.
