From January I will have a regular home for my Thai yoga massage and Indian head massage therapies. Each Friday afternoon I will be based at the beautiful therapy rooms at Hot Lotus Wellbeing Hub in Pear Mill, Bredbury.

Embracing Menopause Workshop
Come and learn how yoga can help you to navigate the menopause with confidence. You will learn yoga techniques to help you to:
