Yoga in Nature
I am very excited to be running my first yoga in nature event on the 26th May 2018 from 10.00 am - 12.15 pm. It will be a combination of walking, yoga, meditation and mindfulness surrounded by the amazing spring foliage and birdsong and hopefully sunshine!
The next Women's Nurture Evening will take place on the Friday 18th April 7.30 pm - 9.30 pm at the Signol Community Centre in Romiley. Places are limited and bookings are being taken now.
I have several beginners yoga courses starting in June. These six week courses will help to improve flexibility, relieve stress and improve energy levels.
