Menopause Mini Retreat

Acceptance, self nurture and simply giving yourself permission to do less are key parts of self care during the menopausal years. This afternoon mini retreat allows you to step away from your daily routine and take some time to pause and focus on your own wellbeing.

Over the afternoon you will:

  • learn the different stages of menopause and how this effects you

  • be guided through a range of therapeutic movement and breathing techniques

  • learn the importance of deep relaxation

  • have time away from your daily routine to nurture and support you own wellbeing
