Yoga to rest & renew

The gentle course is perfect way to learn about the basics of yoga. Over the course I will introduce you to simple postures, breath awareness and relaxation techniques that you can use at home or work. The practice of yoga can help to:

  • relieve stress
  • increase flexibility
  • release muscle tension
  • improve energy levels

These small, friendly classes run on various days and locations. See below for details.

Who is it suitable for?

The course is particularly suitable for any one who has never tried yoga before or for those that would like to restart their yoga practice. It does not matter how flexible you are, what shape you are or what age you are. All are welcome.
