Yoga to ease anxiety and depression
Come and learn how yoga can help to relieve stress, anxiety and depression. Over this five week course you will learn a range of simple yoga techniques that will help you to

- become more emotionally balanced
- develop your self awareness
Who is it suitable for?
The course is suitable for anyone with an interest in self managing stress, anxiety and/or depression, irrespective of age and mobility.

What happens on the course?
Prior to the course you will be sent a short health questionnaire to complete. This includes a section where you can detail your goals and identify any specific needs you have for the course.
Each week you will be guided through a range of techniques including gentle movement, breath awareness, mindfulness and relaxation. The sessions will be relaxed and friendly with plenty of time to ask questions and advice.
You will be encouraged to start your own short daily yoga practice at home as it is generally found that the degree of success experienced depends on your commitment to practising the techniques learnt.
I also offer one-to-one yoga therapy sessions to help ease and manage stress, anxiety and depression. Together we develop a tailor made yoga programme matched to your specific needs and goals.
