What to expect at a treatment
The massage takes place on a futon on the floor. The client is fully clothed throughout. I use smooth, flowing movements to press and stretch the body. I use my hands, feet, forearms, elbows and knees to release any energy blockages in the body. Each massage is tailored to the needs of the client but if you want to get a flavour of Thai yoga massage you can watch a short video here.
A typical massage is 1.5 hours long but I do offer a 1 hour option for those with limited time. I am based at The Hive in Marple with appointments available between 11.30 am - 3.00 pm on Tuesdays and and 10.00 am and 3.00 pm on Thursdays. Other times are available by arrangement. If you would like to book for a massage just email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can arrange a suitable date and time.
