Starting in September 2017

A beginner's yoga course is perfect way to learn about the basics of yoga. It will introduce you to simple postures, breath awareness and relaxation techniques that you can use at home or work. The practice of yoga can help to:

  • relieve stress
  • increase flexibility
  • release muscle tension
  • improve energy levels

The classes run on various days, locations and class sizes. See below for details.

Who is it suitable for?

The course is particularly suitable for any one who has never tried yoga before or for those that would like to restart their yoga practice. It does not matter how flexible you are, what shape you are or what age you are. All are welcome.

If you have a particular health concern that you feel might effect your ability to participate feel free to discuss this with me before booking on the course.

Romiley - Evenings

Starts: Tuesday 12th September 2017

Finishes: Tuesday 10th October 2017

Time: 6.15 - 7.15 pm

Where: The Signol Fitness Centre, 67 Stockport Road, Romiley. SK6 3AA
